About KoKo Consulting

KoKo Consulting offers a network of highly experienced insight, marketing, strategy and development practitioners who have all ‘walked the talk’. We have worked as senior managers in all types of organisation including commercial, social enterprise and non-profit, and have expertise across the creative, education, digital and live events sectors. Our ethos is an uncompromising focus on the users of our clients’ services. We like bold ‘functional creativity’, coming up with pragmatic solutions, strategies and plans that maximize impact. We then like to get involved in getting things done.

  • We do bespoke. We relish finding unique solutions for each individual client. We don’t do ‘off-the-peg’.
  • We are passionate about collaborating – harnessing the best of our clients with our own network of expertise.
  • We continuously transfer skills and insights back to the people we work with so they’re left richer.
  • We work hard and are committed to producing quality work every time.
  • We deliver measurable value – increased income, greater levels of participation, or satisfaction.

Sector and clients

Our clients include arts and cultural organisations, public sector bodies, charities, social enterprises and business organisations (particularly those from the digital industries).

We work with some of the UK’s leading cultural and creative brands such as Google and the Barbican Centre. We work with organisations at every stage of their evolution, from ambitious start-ups onwards.

We are based in North London, but are available and ready to work throughout the UK and overseas.

We are members of the UK Evaluation Society, Market Research Society, Chartered Institute of Marketing and Association of Qualitative Research.

Our small multi-disciplined teams get our expertise working fast. We continue to add or move team members depending on how projects develop. We use an independent engagement mentor on all projects to critically review progress and ensure we’re being the best we can.

Nikki founded KoKo Consulting. With a background as a senior marketing and new business development professional she worked for over a decade (UK and overseas) in the mobile, internet and telecoms sectors, with global brands such as O2 and BT. Clients included the Department for Education, Audiences London and Attitude is Everything.

Nikki is particularly interested in working on complex projects with multiple interests, or stakeholders. She continues to work with both commercial and non-profit organisations, advising on research, marketing, strategy and development.
