We are passionate about producing thoroughly designed insight and evaluation that clearly answers tricky questions or outlines actionable solutions. We spend time properly understanding each clients’ individual needs. We produce research frameworks, methodologies and analysis techniques that are individually tailored each and every time.
We like to take a triangulated approach to any insight brief, because the whole picture is important. We consider different perspectives such as participants (hard to reach young people, and their parents), stakeholders and competitors. We like detail and rigour. We meld a wide range of traditional and new methodologies, but we always focus on a clear narrative that doesn’t require a degree in statistics to understand it.
KoKo Consulting takes a formative approach. For example, we might evaluate the cultural or creative impact of a project on different service users over a year, or even longer. We feedback early results, and continue to update allowing real time operational changes to be implemented as we go along. We develop outputs that inform, and excite (e.g. interactive workshops, or mini-films). Our research is ‘fit for purpose’ for end audiences, whether its’ for boards, development teams, or young people from hard to reach backgrounds.
